Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1: Dehradun → Nainital
Arrive in Dehradun and begin your scenic drive towards Nainital. Upon reaching, check in at the hotel and unwind. In the evening, explore Mall Road, Tibetan Market, and the lakeside surroundings while enjoying the serene Himalayan atmosphere. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 2: Nainital Local Exploration
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour covering Naina Devi Temple, Snow View Point, Eco Cave Gardens, Lover’s Point, and Land’s End. Later, enjoy an optional boat ride on Naini Lake or a cable car experience to Snow View Point before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 3: Nainital → Jim Corbett
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Jim Corbett. On arrival, check in at the resort and relax. Later, visit Garjiya Devi Temple and the Corbett Museum. Spend the evening enjoying resort activities or simply relax amidst the wilderness. Overnight stay in Jim Corbett.
Day 4: Jim Corbett Safari → Mussoorie
Begin the day early with an adventurous jungle safari inside Corbett National Park, experiencing the thrill of spotting wildlife and the majestic Bengal tiger. Return to the resort for breakfast, then check out and drive towards Mussoorie. Reach Mussoorie by evening and check in at the hotel. Enjoy leisure time at Mall Road before resting for the night.
Day 5: Mussoorie Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a local tour visiting Kempty Falls, Gun Hill Point, Company Garden, and Christ Church. Later, enjoy a peaceful walk along Camel’s Back Road overlooking the Himalayan range. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.
Day 6: Mussoorie → Dehradun Departure

Vehicle Service Terms & Conditions
1. Usage Policy
The vehicle service will be provided strictly as per the approved itinerary. The vehicle will not be available for use on a disposal basis or for purposes beyond the specified itinerary.
2. Operational Timings
o Vehicle service hours are from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
o Usage of the vehicle before 07:00 AM or after 08:00 PM will attract additional mandatory charges such as Night Bata, early pick-up, or late drop fees, payable directly to the driver at the time of service.
3. Inclusions
The vehicle charges are inclusive of tolls, taxes, fuel, driver allowances, and parking fees for all destinations mentioned in the itinerary.
4. Vehicle Carrier Availability
The provision of vehicle carriers (e.g., luggage carriers or roof racks) is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in all vehicles.
5. Driver & Vehicle Details
Details of the assigned vehicle and driver will be shared 24 hours prior to the commencement of the service.
6. Air Conditioning Policy
Please note that air conditioning (AC) may not operate effectively or may be turned off in hilly or high-altitude areas, as per vehicle or local driving conditions.
7. Union Vehicle Regulations
In destinations where the use of local/union vehicles is mandatory, our designated vehicle will provide pick-up and drop-off services up to the permitted point. Sightseeing or travel beyond that point will be managed by the local union vehicle, at the traveler’s own cost (if applicable).
8. Vehicle accessibility
The vehicle is to be utilized exclusively for travel to locations that are designated and accessible for sightseeing activities
Hotel Service Terms & Conditions
1. Room Availability and Pricing
All room bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that the specified property is fully booked, accommodation will be arranged at a hotel of a similar category and standard.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to the hotel’s policy and room availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
3. Additional Charges
Any consumption of beverages or items from the in-room minibar, as well as any other additional services or facilities not included in the package, will incur supplementary charges payable directly to the hotel.
4. Heater Usage (Applicable in Snowfall Destinations)
In destinations experiencing snowfall, heater facilities are generally available in premium hotels. However, certain hotels may apply additional heater usage charges, which must be paid directly by the guest.
5. Damages and Breakages
Any physical damage, breakage, or loss caused to hotel property during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest. The cost of repair or replacement must be settled directly with the hotel before check-out.
6. Identification Requirement
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Failure to present valid ID may result in denial of accommodation without any refund.
7. No-Show and Early Departure Policy
In case of a no-show or early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge retention fees as per its cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for unused nights or services.
8. Child and Extra Bed Policy
Child accommodation and extra bed availability vary from hotel to hotel. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or child accommodation, as per hotel policy.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
The company or hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or force majeure events.
10. Guest Conduct and Behavior
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel rules and regulations at all times. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking without refund if a guest’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate or causes inconvenience to others

o All air tickets are issued as per the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
o Passengers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the airline’s baggage allowance, check-in timings, and travel requirements.
o Airfares are subject to change until the ticket is issued, and full payment is received.
o Once the ticket is issued, the fare rules of the airline will apply for cancellations, date changes, and refunds.
2. Check-in, Boarding & Baggage Policy
o Passengers must report to the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights and 2.5 hours prior for domestic flights.
o Failure to report on time may result in denied boarding, and the travel partner or airline will not be responsible for any loss.
o Free baggage allowance is as per the airline’s policy mentioned on the ticket.
o Excess baggage charges, if any, will be borne by the passenger directly at the airport.
o The travel agent is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of baggage.
3. Flight Schedule & Changes
o Airlines reserve the right to reschedule, reroute, or cancel flights without prior notice due to operational, weather, or regulatory reasons.
o Passenger names must match exactly as per the passport or government-issued ID & Please note any error in the name or spelling after ticket issuance may result in additional charges or denial of boarding.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
o Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the airline’s policy.
o Service charges levied by the travel agent are non-refundable.
o Refunds may take up to 21 working days or longer depending on the airline’s processing time.
o In case of a no-show (failure to report at check-in), the entire fare may be forfeited as per airline policy.
o No-show charges are strictly governed by the airline rules and are non-negotiable.
o The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused due to flight delay, cancellation, or schedule changes by the airline & the above terms are applicable if we book the flight for your travel
Cancellation Policy
• 45 to 30 days before check-in: 10% of the total package cost will be retained.
• 30 to 15 days before check-in: 25% of the total package cost will be retained.
• 15 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total package cost will be retained.
• Within 7 days of check-in or no-show: 100% of the total package cost will be retained.
